Many apologies for the long hiatus! I’ve been busy with a number of things and haven’t had the time to blog. I’ve just returned from a very long trip in Asia where I ate so many amazing things. However, because of an urgent health issue that happened during the course of my trip, I never had the chance to really focus, sit down and write.
Now that I’ve returned from overseas, I’ve been juggling a number of thoughts in my head. I’ve seriously been considering culinary school as an option, though I think I’d like to try cooking a little myself first. After all, one can’t be a good food blogger without some knowledge of how to put together some dishes herself. And what better way to decide whether culinary school is right for me than by trying my hand at a few dishes?
So I’ve decided: I’m going to dive into some recipes, at least once a week, and share some of the pictures and videos of what I’ve made here. Stuff the Foodie is taking another direction so I’m also likely going to give the site a revamp as well. I’ll still do my reviews of different places, but this project will be much more personal vs the original “cater to the public” approach.
For those of you who have been checking back on the site since our launch in November, thanks so much for being a loyal reader. I’ll do my best to keep you entertained but for the time being — please be patient! I do need to take care of my health as well.
